About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, ensuring smooth stock management, accurate record-keeping, and timely order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Receive, label, photograph, and store incoming inventory.
✅ Maintain up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software.
✅ Inspect stock for damage and coordinate necessary repairs.
✅ Assist with order preparation, shipments, and deliveries.
✅ Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory needs and shipments.

Requirements

📌 Experience: Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management; event industry and prop-building knowledge is a plus.
📌 Education: High school diploma or GED.
📌 Skills:

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina with the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to operate ladders and scissor lifts.
