Employers using WareShift must:

- Not charge applicants any fees for job applications.
- Comply with all applicable employment laws in the USA.
We reserve the right to remove any misleading or fraudulent job postings without notice.
5. Job Seeker Responsibilities
As a job seeker, you agree to:
- Use WareShift only for lawful job searching.
- Provide truthful information in your applications.
- Not impersonate another person or apply to jobs fraudulently.
- Understand that WareShift does not guarantee employment.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use WareShift for purposes other than job searching or hiring.
- Post or transmit false, misleading, or offensive content.
- Spam employers or submit multiple fake applications.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with our platform.

Any violation may result in a permanent ban from WareShift.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Employment Guarantee
- WareShift does not verify job listings or employers.
- We are not responsible for employer conduct, salary disputes, or hiring decisions.
- Users must conduct their own research and due diligence before applying or hiring.
9.2 Service Availability
- We strive to keep our platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- WareShift is not liable for technical issues, outages, or lost data.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
